Wolf Filaments was founded in February 2007, specializing in the production of high-quality ground bristles. With" WOLF "as its logo, it leads the Chinese market and sells well in international markets such as Asia, Europe, and America. WOLF abrasive filaments are made of high-quality nylon as the carrier, uniformly mixed with sandblasted materials such as silicon carbide, aluminum oxide, or diamond, and spun through extrusion, extension, and other spinning processes to produce special brush filaments. The typical composition is 30% sandblasted and 70% nylon.

The WOLF nylon grinding brush filament body includes the outer surface, cross-section, and inner core, randomly distributed with grinding sand to form rough/hard/small edges. When the industrial equipment drives the brush at high speed, the bristles intensively scratch and scrape the friction surface for surface treatment such as precision polishing, deburring and sharpening, and removal of oxidation layer, maintaining the same surface processing effect for a long time. It belongs to flexible grinding and does not damage the original size of the workpiece.

The fully rough structure of WOLF grinding brush wire has a 360 °full angle grinding and polishing effect. Combined with the rich elasticity of the brush wire, it can reach small parts, especially suitable for irregular shaped surfaces such as concave and convex surfaces, holes, grooves, and pipeline inner walls. It is widely used for deburring copper strips, aluminum strips, stainless steel and other coil materials, automotive industry, metal product deburring, textile industry, wooden industry, etc., for industrial full angle deburring, cleaning, descaling, finishing, polishing and other purposes of workpieces as a whole.
