Founded in 2006, Borghi Machinery Shanghai Co. Ltd. was the natural evolution of Borghi’s longstanding presence in China, having operated a representative office for several years prior. Initially, the company focused on supporting local customers with spare parts and aftersales services for brush-making machines designed and manufactured by the parent company, Borghi S.p.A. from Italy.

As the market opportunities grew and driven by the founder’s vision, the company shifted focus to production. This transformation led to the development and assembly of the flagship product, the STAR BMS double-head vertical machine, which was both assembled and distributed locally.

The next step in the company’s expansion was the introduction of a range of trimming machines for the broom and brush industry, enhancing its product offering.

As the company approached its 20th anniversary, a further leap forward was made with the addition of new products to the portfolio, including the ARCHIMEDE machine for medium and small technical brushes, and the JUPITER machine, designed for large and extra-large industrial brushes.

Today, Borghi Machinery Shanghai continues to offer ongoing support and advanced technology for all machines produced by Borghi S.p.A., reinforcing its role as a reliable partner in the brush manufacturing industry across China and Asia.
