Boucherie introduces the Aeola-T: a compact, efficient and easy-to-use machine for the production of street brooms and brooms with long fibre.

The Aeola-T stands out with its smart, user-friendly design. It’s built to be safe to operate, simple to maintain, and extremely efficient.

The machine is built as a heavy-duty carousel, with the single-tool configuration giving excellent access for maintenance and fast changeovers. Optional features like electronic trimming, flagging, and beating are built into the same carousel, so brushes stay securely clamped through the entire process.

With a 160 mm filling stroke, large picker, and wide fibre channels that hold fibres up to 400 mm long, the Aeola-T is ideal for making street brooms, garden brooms, and any brush requiring long fibres. However, controlled by 5 CNC axes, the Aeola-T is flexible. It can handle brush blocks up to 24” long, and custom brush holder frames are available for full-round or special-shaped brushes.

It’s also energy-efficient—thanks to advanced electronics, smart material handling, and the elimination of frequent motor start/stop cycles.

You can choose the level of automation to fit your needs-from a manually loaded setup to a fully automated production cell with automatic loading, integrated trimming and cleaning.
