Product Overview

1. Tai Hing Soft Interdental Brush Bristle

Interdental brush is used to remove dental plaque on the teeth and interdental spaces that is difficult to brush by floss and toothbrush. For example, we can choose the suitable interdental brush to brush the depressions inside the premolars. Nowadays, using the interdental brush to clean your teeth is the most effective way to remove dental plaque.

2. The Filament for Interdental Brush

Brush filament is the most important components of interdental brush. Suitable brush bristle for interdental brush has features of softness, tensile strength, wear resistance and uniform diameter. Interdental brush filament has thin filament diameter to brush interdental spaces, otherwise the brush will lead to gum bleeding and damage the oral health.

The Interdental brush bristle diameter range is from 0.22 to 0.3mm. Customers can choose different filament diameter based on various requirement. For example, people with smaller teeth gaps will choose interdental brush with 0.22mm and 0.25mm filament diameter. Adult with perioddontal disease will choose interdental brush with 0.22~0.28mm filament diameter. Interdental brush with 0.3mm diameter is suitable for people who need orthodontic correction.

3. Wetrans™ Filament for Interdental Brush

During the production process, tuft machine will cut the brush filament quickly and the end part of filament will become sharp. After operated by the machine, interdental brush filament has various irregular shapes at the top part of fiber, which is sharp and is easy to damage the oral health.

Brush filament rounding process has been wisely used in toothbrush market, while the filament rounding process rarely has been adopted in the interdental brush industry. In order to protect human’s oral health around the world, Tai Hing develops Wetrans™ T filament to increases the filament rounding rate and to solve the filament problem of rounding performance.

The end part of Wetrans™ T filament has undergone the rounding process, in which the filament has uniform diameter and moderate surface smoothness. With better palatability performance, Wetrans™ T filament has been widely applied in some mid-to high-end international interdental brush brands.

4. Better Filament Rounding Rate

Compared to the ordinary filament, Wetrans™ T filament is more soft to clean the teeth and gums comfortably, reducing any damage and irritation to the oral. The top part of Wetrans™ T filament is round shaped, which can deeply brush the teeth surface and gaps between teeth, achieving the best oral cleaning effect.

5. Straight Filament Appearance

Wetrans ™ T filament is straight enough so that each filament is in regular spiral shape after tuft process. The whole brush is pretty without filament disordering situation.

6. Moderate Softness and Hardness

Wetrans™ T filament has moderate softness and hardness, which not only removes food residue and dental plaque, but also protects the teeth and gum. Customers can choose the suitable filament diameter based on the actual production.

7. Outstanding Bending Recovery Strength

Wetrans™ T filament has excellent bending recovery strength and resilience features without filament falling off situation. Finest tapered filament is easy to clean the gaps of teeth, removing the food residue. Wetrans™ T filament has 97% bending recovery rate within 15 minutes through the bending recovery test. Besides, Wetrans™ T filament has better anti-fatigue performance without filament deformation after long-term use.

8. Moderate Surface Smoothness and Dryness

Wetrans™ filament has moderate surface smoothness and dryness to improve filament tuft process, reducing the prodution cost. Tai Hing innovates the patent testing method for filament surface smoothness and dryness, achieving the efficient filament tuft effect.
