演讲人:殷发志
2002年加入大兴尼龙丝制品有限公司,2010年开始主持研发工程体系管理工作,推进拉丝工艺与技术进步和改造。曾主持过多个专利产品项目的研发工作,在拉丝领域有非常丰富的潜心研究及深入实践。现主持大兴尼龙的拉丝企业技术标准和技术规范的编制工作,以及工业工程现代化改造项目,对知识产权有独到的认识和操作经验。
Joined Tai Hing Nylon Filament Products Co.,Ltd. in 2020 and has began to carry out the work of the management of R&D engineering system since 2010, improving the manufacturing technique of filament extruding process. He has led many R&D projects of several patented products, and has rich experience and in-depth practise in the brush filament industry. He is currently charge of the compilation of technical standards and technical specifications for Tai Hing Nylon Filament Products Co., Ltd., as well as the modernization projects of industrial engineering. He also has unique understanding and operation experience of intellectual property rights.

石油是不可再生资源,过度开采用于塑料生产,不仅导致石油资源紧张,而且新塑料的生产过程中,容易产生大量二氧化碳。使用过的塑料在自然环境中一般需要200-700年才能降解,直接填埋将长期占据大量土地。焚化处理可能由于燃烧不完全产生二噁英等有毒气体,释放大量的CO2,对环境造成不良影响。面临石油资源日益匮乏,塑料需求量激增,我们该怎么办?如何减少塑料的碳排放?如何解决塑料废品回收处理难题?为了保护环境多样性,助力“碳达峰、碳中和”。近年来,我们经过不断的探索和研发,大兴推出了Sentec™ 生态丝系列刷丝,它们性能可以跟工程塑料产品媲美,可用于工业应用、美容美发和家居清洁等方面。
Oil is non-renewable resources. Excessive oil exploitation used for plastic production will not only lead to the shortage of oil resources, but also produces a large amount of carbon dioxide during the new plastic production process. Used plastic can be degradable between 200-700 years in the natural environment. Plastic buried directly will occupy a large amount of soil. Incineration treatment will produce toxic gas-dioxins because of the incomplete combustion and much carbon dioxide leading to the serious pollution. Faced with the increasing shortage of oil resources and the surge in demand for plastic, what should we do? How to reduce the carbon emission of plastic? How to solve the difficulty of plastic waste recycling? In order to protect the diversity of the environment and actively respond to the call of “emission peak” and “carbon neutrality”, Tai Hing has successfully launched Sentec™ environmental filament through continuous exploration and research in recent years, whose performance is comparable to the engineering plastic products. Sentec™ filament is widely applied in industrial brush, makeup brush, hairbrush, and household cleaning brush etc.
